Getting Started

Welcome to Paxaden! This quick guide will get you from zero → live bookings in minutes. If you’ve already created an account, you’re all set—let’s prepare your workspace and publish your first bookable.

Before you begin (quick checklist)

Account: Check your account settings to make sure everything is in order.
Terms: (Optional) Prepare short terms for your store — users will see them before booking.

Open Dashboard Profile & Settings

1. Log in & create your first bookable

Log in (if not already), go to the Dashboard, click Create / Edit, and then create your first bookable. Give it a clear name and a short description so people know what they’re booking.

2. Add availability & rules

Add single or recurring time slots. Set capacity, max/min duration, and any restrictions (e.g., booking window, cancellation deadline). Choose whether booking is public or invite‑only with access codes. Tips! Test the excellent AI planner. :-)

3. Share your link & start booking

From your item page you can copy the booking link, generate a QR code, or share directly to X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. If you prefer a private flow, distribute access codes to invited users.

What happens when bookings come in?

Approval inbox: See all pending requests in a clear table. Review details, then Confirm, Decline, or Delete.
Statuses: Bookings move between pending, confirmed, and cancelled. Users can cancel their own bookings (or you can, depending on policy).
Notifications: Get instant email notifications so you never miss an update. (*only upgraded PRO level)

Keep titles short; put details in the description or terms.

Test your public link in an incognito window to see what guests see.
