FAQ
Q: Is Paxaden free?
Yes. Paxaden has a free plan that’s perfect for personal use and small communities. You can create stores and start accepting bookings at no cost.
Q: Can I invite others to book?
Yes. Every store supports invitation-only access. You can send invite links or share unique access codes so only approved people can book — no account required for bookers using an access code.
Q: What happens when a booking is declined?
The time slot becomes available for others immediately, and the person who requested the booking is notified.
Q: Can I limit how often someone books?
Yes. You can set booking limits by day, week, or custom time windows (for example, a maximum number of bookings per user within a rolling 7‑day period).
Q: Can I set a cancellation notice window?
Yes. You can require cancellations to happen a certain amount of time before the start — e.g., at least 24 hours in advance.
Q: Can I sync bookings to my personal calendar?
Yes. You can sync with external calendars such as Google Calendar or Apple Calendar so your bookings appear alongside your other events.
Q: Is my data secure?
Yes. Paxaden uses Supabase authentication and follows industry best practices for access control and data security.
Q: Can I create a private calendar only my clients can access?
Yes. You can keep a calendar private (invite‑only) or share a read‑only public view — your choice.
Q: Can people book without creating an account?
Yes. Bookers can use a unique access code to reserve a slot without creating an account.
Q: How can I share or promote my calendar?
You can share invite links directly or print a QR code from within Paxaden so people can scan and book from their phones.
