Data Deletion Instructions

1 · Delete your Paxaden account

  1. Log in to Paxaden using the same email as you used to sign up with.
  2. Go to the Provider section from the Dashboard page and then forward to the section → Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and press the button “Delete my account”.
  4. Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated booking data will be permanently deleted within a few minutes.

2 · Request deletion via email

If you can’t access your Paxaden account or prefer a manual process, send a request from your Facebook‑registered email address to Paxaden with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

We will erase your data and reply with confirmation within 5 business days.

3 · What data is erased?

  • Your profile record (name, email, avatar).
  • All bookings you created.
  • Invitations linked to your user ID.
  • Any Stripe customer and subscription IDs.

Aggregated analytics (e.g. total slot counts) remain but are irreversibly anonymised.
