Data Deletion Instructions

1 · Delete your Paxaden account
- Log in to Paxaden using the same email as you used to sign up with.
- Go to the Provider section from the Dashboard page and then forward to the section → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and press the button “Delete my account”.
- Confirm the prompt. Your account and all associated booking data will be permanently deleted within a few minutes.
2 · Request deletion via email
If you can’t access your Paxaden account or prefer a manual process, send a request from your Facebook‑registered email address to Paxaden with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
We will erase your data and reply with confirmation within 5 business days.
3 · What data is erased?
- Your profile record (name, email, avatar).
- All bookings you created.
- Invitations linked to your user ID.
- Any Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
Aggregated analytics (e.g. total slot counts) remain but are irreversibly anonymised.
